Peterborough CAB is looking to strengthen and develop its general advice provision by recruiting to the following fixed term posts:-
2 x Session Supervisors*
1 x Location: Peterborough [SS1]*
Hours: 18 p.w. over three days [Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday]
Actual Salary: £10,296 p.a.
1 x Location: Peterborough [SS2]*
Hours: 18 p.w. over three days [Wednesday, Thursday & Friday]
Actual Salary: £10,296 p.a.
We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable team players to provide second tier support to our dedicated team of volunteer gateway and generalist advisers. Responsibilities include supervising the day-to-day running of the advice session in the main bureau, which is busy and pressurised, whilst ensuring and maintaining high quality advice, and good customer service. You will need to have at least 12 months experience, paid or unpaid, as a CAB generalist adviser, have good organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in a supportive manner.
1x Business Transformation Trainer*
Hours: 30 p.w. over five days
Actual Salary: £20,748 p.a.
We are looking for an experienced general advice trainer to recruit and train new volunteers to focus in specific areas of law. This post will also work to develop, refresh and upskill our existing general advice volunteers to meet the growing demands of our local community. The focus will be on producing confident skilled advisers who are self-reliant and are able to produce good quality advice, and identify discrimination and social policy issues.
1x Business Transformation Support
Hours: 25 p.w. over five days
Actual salary: £ 10,400 p.a.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Business Transformation Manager & Trainer posts. You will be well organised; communicate effectively and possess good customer service skills and technical ability.
